A few quick answers.
Are any features locked to higher plans?
No. All tiers include the same features. Pricing is based only on club size, with custom pricing for larger or multi-club organisations.
Do members need to download an app?
Use SquadUp in a browser or add it to a supported phone’s home screen. An internet connection is required.
Does everyone see the admin tools?
No. Assigned roles control access to finance, governance and other sensitive tools. That’s a permission setting, not a paid upgrade.
How do payments work?
Track expenses, approvals and payment records in SquadUp. Ticket checkout requires a Stripe connection; automated payment updates need a supported integration. SquadUp does not execute bank transfers or payroll.
Can we export our records?
Yes. Authorised users can find grouped reports and exports in the administration area.
